Web Account Registration

Create a Web Account

The Web portal supports the ability of a provider to self-register for Web portal access to restricted features.

The Registration feature requires a medical provider (i.e., M.D., D.O, etc.) to enter an ACS Provider ID, EIN Employer Identification Number/SSN Social Security Number and a Medical License number.

Non-medical providers enter an ACS Provider ID, EIN/SSN and a Zip Code.

This information is then verified to ensure that the provider is on file and has an active status within the OWCP program.

From the Home page, select a user type associated with one of the  OWCP programs:

[Program Name] - Provider > Web Registration

Provider Account Registration Features

Registration Process:

  1. From any Web page, click the Web Registration link.

  2. On the Provider Account Registration page:

    1. Medical providers enter ACS Provider ID, EIN or SSN, and a Medical License Number.

    2. Non-Medical providers enter ACS Provider ID, EIN or SSN, and a Zip Code.

3.   Click the Continue button.

If the provider is on file and has an active status within the OWCP program, the Master Administrator Information page opens.

  1. Enter Master Administrator information and select a unique user-defined User ID.  The Master Administrator (MA) is the user responsible for establishing and managing subordinate user accounts for the organization.  The Master Administrator must select a unique User ID and password.

Please note that if you choose to use an existing user as your Master Administrator, then User ID, Last Name, and First Name are all required and must be exact matches.

  1. Click the Submit button.

  2. A confirmation page displays upon a successful registration.

Once the organization account is established, the Master Administrator is emailed a temporary password with which to login to the portal.

Login Requirements:

  • The User ID is determined by the person establishing the account.  It is not a predetermined ID assigned by OWCP.

  • The User ID must be between 6 - 12 alphanumeric characters.   Though not required, it is recommended that User ID consist of a combination of letters and digits.

  • The User ID is case sensitive.

Web Bill Submission Agreement (FECA only)

The Web Bill Submission Agreement is an agreement completed only by Vocational Rehabilitation counselors (Voc Rehab) or Field Nurses enrolled in the FECA program.  This agreement is required by OWCP if a Vocational Rehabilitation counselor or Field Nurse wishes to enter bills online.  Web bill submission instructions can be accessed from the Web Registration page by clicking on the Web Bill Submission Agreement Instructions link.  Once the agreement is completed, the information is forwarded to FAS.  The submitter's profile is updated on the Web by FAS after the account is established, allowing the Voc Rehab counselor or Field Nurse access to the Bill Entry feature.
